About Zero Resil (as of Burning Crusade)

These are our policies as of Burning Crusades. They will rapidly update and improve as new things come in Wrath of the Lich King.

History
Zero Resilience was started on 06/29/08 by Fantabulous and some of his old PvP Friends after being in a chain of guilds that fell apart including Argent, Riskbreakers, and PoBD. The goal is to create a laid back guild with PvP focus but geared enough for light raiding and large enough to always have someone to group with. A few months later and we're on a good track with roughly 250 active members in above average PvP gear and the release of WotLK around the corner.
Fantabulous was formerly guild leader of 3 guilds while leveling to 70. In his 20's-40's he opened Shake N Bake it was a small leveling guild. In his 50's-60's he opened Blackout which later turned into the ALT guild for his 70 guild Somnium. They all failed miserably but having noted their downfalls Zero Resilience is the result of 2 years in the making. Zero Resilience is here to stay.

Addons
Preform AV Enabler - This addon lets you raid que for any battleground. MUST have this to join guild premades
Proximo - This addon lets you mouseover enemies in arena and instantly create a second party screen for them.

Ranks
Keep in mind this is Pre-WotLK. We're still working on the rank system for WotLK.

1- Initiate - Rank pending on armory check
2- PreGlads/Alts - Your alts and friends who are under merciless gear.
3- Merciless Glad - 4/5 merciless and full veteran off set.
4- Vengeful Glad - 4/5 Venge and full vindicator off set.
5- Brutal Glad - 4/5 Brutal and full gladiator off set.
6- Legendary Glad - 5/5 venge/brutal with weapons and 2k+ personal rating.
7- Corporal - Aka Officers
8- BG Sergeant - Aka Premade Leaders
9- Kinight - Aka co-leader
10- Fantabulous - Aka Guild Master

When you first join the guild you are armory checked and given a rank.
As you get new gear make sure you tell an officer that you need rank up and they will armory check you again.

These are general guidelines for the ranks and not set in stone... People rarely have this exact match of gear so we base your rank off majority gear. If your gear is borderline on 2 ranks, we look at your personal rating and honorable kills.
