HAHA awesome blizzard workers

So I made a GM ticket with a complaint about Lag server crashes hurting my arena teams rank.

As I expected, the GM was worthless and had no power over the situation. So instead since they couldn't fix the problem for me... They decided to start a conversation about how awesome my character name was. I was wondering why he was using my name in like every sentence, I think he enjoyed typing it. That was honestly the coolest GM i've ever had lol. Heres a screenshot of the conversation. Maybe im just easily amused but that was the coolest GM i've ever had.

THE GM SAID HE COULDN'T HELP ME, THEN I SAID I WAS REPORTING HIM AS WELL AS THE THIEF AND THEN IM GOING TO NINJA MONGOOSE CHANT MATS CUZ OF
WHAT HE SAID, THEN HE CHANGED HIS TUNE AND I GOT MY SHIT BACK. THEY R GOOD SOME OF THEM AND SOME ARE LIKE SAGA GUILD MEMBERS

That conversation made me LOL. I wish I had thought to save my conversation with the GM I had earlier. Went something like:

Heden ticket: [whats up with the lag?]

GM: We are aware there is lag. Sorry.

Heden: Are you going to fix it?

GM: Thats not my department. Tech is taking care of it.

Heden: Seems conducive to good troubleshooting that they'd keep you updated at least.

GM: Feel free to refer to the WoW tech forums.

At least they didn't blame it on my addons?
