**MUST READ** New Guild Ranks

EVERY GUILD MEMBER SHOULD READ THIS... Don't skim it, read it.

We're changing the entire guild rank system. Originally in Burning Crusades our guild ranks were based on your majority season pvp gear (ie 4/5 of S3 gear would give someone Vengeful rank). Going into WotLK with all the outdated/new to come gear we needed to change this system.

The new rank system is now in effect. Every member prior to this change will keep their rank it will just have a different name.
Promotions will be based mainly on seniority and some on your participation. Roughly every 2 months your in the guild you will get promoted, all the way up to every rank below officer. Highly active participation will be noted by officers and rewarded.

Gear will still be monitored but displayed in public notes instead of guild ranks. Currently your majority 70 pvp gear should be displayed in your public note. As we get more time we will change this to show your main-stat/resilience.

The new rank names and order were voted on in guild chat. This was the final decision. In parenthesis is how to achieve each rank, months based on join date not last promotion.

App Pending > (Apply)
Apprentice > (1month)
Veteran > (3months)
Vindicator > (5months)
Guardian > (8months)
Legend > (1 Elected per month)
Knight > (1 Elected Bi-Monthly)
Council > (Good Luck)
Advisor > (LOL No)
Ruler

The new ranking system is elite... perfect names and set up for the notes etc...
This is a more organized way since we are a very up and coming guild ready to shake Illidan's spine!!!!!!!!!!!!!
